I can't say enough about Toned - Training by Janet. I take her 5:30 am Functional Fitness class and she makes the workouts fun while at the time working every muscle. The workouts are always changing. I also take her Aquatoned class and it is the same great workout but in the pool. She is always thinking out of the box and with her classes, personal training and nutrition counseling she's a triple threat.
Janet is a thoughtful inspirational trainer and fitness coach. I've taken her functional fitness classes for eight months now, and then started with her as a personal trainer in May. Janet is always upbeat and positive. She is willing to modify exercises to keep them challenging (but not impossible) and takes medical conditions such as joint replacements into account when modifying the exercises. Although I had been going to the gym religiously for at least a year prior to starting her classes, I noticed a significant difference in my body after two weeks of the functional fitness classes. Given some of my joint challenges, I actually train in the pool and it IS a workout. Janet always has words of encouragement and you leave with a sense of accomplishment. Her knowledge of nutrition is value added! I consider her a blessing in my life.
I take Janet's Functional Fitness class and I love it! She structures the classes in a way that all fitness levels are challenged. She is knowledgeable and works to keep the classes interesting. Her calm, positive demeanor makes her a perfect trainer for all ages and fitness level!
