At Toned: Training by Janet, we like to spend the first session really getting to know you. During this first session we will discuss your training needs and goals, as well as address any medical concerns you may have. We want you to feel comfortable and build a lasting rapport. During this session we will conduct our initial assessment that will help us develop a training program custom tailored for you.
Toned: Training by Janet is all about having a healthy mindset. If a client requests having measurements and body fat percentage taken, we will accommodate that request. We do not want our clients to be overly focused on their body fat percentage number which often times lead to poor self-esteem, especially if they are only in the early stages of their fitness program. Instead, Toned: Training by Janet wants our clients focused on their fitness goals, such as improved flexibility, increased strength and additional vitality….the loss in body fat comes along with all of this naturally. As firm believers in the mind/body connection, we prefer to focus on girth measurements and the fit of your clothes. Our goal is to keep you in a healthy frame of mind – one that is positive and goal oriented. You can only achieve what you believe and we already believe in you!
