Theo Ramson is a highly motivated personal trainer that cares about the overall wellbeing of others. He believes that all individuals can optimize their health through healthy decision-making. Theo promotes lifestyle changes that improve diet, posture, aches and pains, strength, and endurance. His exercise programs are specific to client’s needs. In 2016, he received a B.A. in Health Promotion studies were he implemented programs that focused on goal setting and behavior change. Then, he received his personal training certification through the American Council of Exercise. Theo provides an approach that will help clients develop new healthy habits to enhance the quality of life.

 I am a personal trainer certified through the World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S) program. I earned my bachelor’s degree from University of Delaware in Health Sciences, and was in the Health and Physical Education Program. I am currently a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Delcastle Technical High School. I have also recen

 I am a personal trainer certified through the World Instructor Training Schools (W.I.T.S) program. I earned my bachelor’s degree from University of Delaware in Health Sciences, and was in the Health and Physical Education Program. I am currently a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Delcastle Technical High School. I have also recently continued my education in the personal training field by receiving certifications in "Older Adult Foundations (Senior Fitness)" and "Fundamentals of Sports and Exercise Nutrition". I have a passion for health and fitness and have always been involved in sports and various athletic competitions such as running events. For example, I am currently training for the Philadelphia full marathon in the Fall. I also love sharing my passion for fitness through my enthusiastic personality when I am training. I enjoy creating both strength training and High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.T.T) workouts. I truly believe in the importance of sustaining a healthy lifestyle to help promote longevity and to help improve mental health. I'm excited to be joining the team and look forward to helping others reach their Health and Fitness goals!
