My story has been shaped by both personal and professional experiences. As a former educator, and current personal trainer, health and wellness coach, caregiver, and cancer survivor, I understand that life can present unexpected challenges.
Through those experiences, I learned that wellness is about much more than exercise or nutrition. It is about resilience, self-care, mindset, and creating healthy habits that support us through every season of life.
