Why Coaching by Janet

My mission is to empower individuals to strengthen their body and mind through education, encouragement, accoutability, and sustainable lifestyle change.


I believe lasting wellness is built one small step at a time. Through personalized coaching, personal training, compassionate support, and realistic goal setting, I help clients develop healthy habits, increase confidence, and create a life that aligns with their values and goals.  


My goal is to help every client discover that positive change is possible, progress is worth celebrating, and they are capable of becoming the healthiest version of themselves.

My Story

My story has been shaped by both personal and professional experiences.  As a former educator, and current personal trainer, health and wellness coach, caregiver, and cancer survivor, I understand that life can present unexpected challenges.


Through those experiences, I learned that wellness is about much more than exercise or nutrition.  It is about resilience, self-care, mindset, and creating healthy habits that support us through every season of life.


Today I am passionate about helping others make meaningful, lasting changes that improve their health, confidence, and overall well-being.
